About Mark Gossman
With over 20 years of experience in investment real estate and property management, Mark Gossman knows real estate. Gossman’s career in investment real estate started in 1987 with work in property management and leasing of apartment buildings and small retail centers. In 1989 Gossman purchased his first portfolio of single family houses which involved some renovation and marketing in order to attract long term tenants. That same year Gossman founded “Home Locators”, a small company that focused on marketing single family homes for lease.
Through the years, Gossman has worked with several real estate projects and business ventures, focusing efforts on working with investment real estate in the areas of mulit-family housing, single-family home construction and remodel, office condominiums, commercial land development, office and retail building development, as well as owner association management. The diversity of involvement in the real estate industry has allowed Gossman to develop a unique perspective when it comes to understanding the needs and objectives of his clients.
Today, Gossman provides property management and real estate broker services as the Managing Broker for Resort Town Lodging, which specializes in family friendly vacation rental homes in Breckenridge, Colorado.
